We listen, act, and transform
Helping people is Sarah’s passion, and individual therapy is her way of doing that. Sarah joined this field after graduating from the University of Idaho with her Bachelors in Psychology. She obtained her Masters of Social Work through Walden University in 2019. Prior to working with injured workers, she has been a master-level clinician for working with adults and supervising fellow clinicians at a major community mental health organization.
Sarah specializes in a variety of different evidence-based practices including EMDR, CETA, CBT, CBT-I , FLASH and DBT. Her mission for her clients is to create a therapeutic relationship that is welcoming, empowering and provides a space to learn various tools and skills that her clients can use in their day-to-day lives. Sarah’s goal is to teach, listen and understand; knowing very well that her clients are the masters of their own lives. Sarah is a mom and a wife, and loves being creative on her off time. She aspires to practice the skills that she teaches her clients in her day to day life including meditation, exercise and various distress tolerance skills, and self compassion. She looks forward to getting to you know and walking with you on the journey towards healing and recovery!
